CHLOE RADCLIFFE:Chloe Radcliffe is a NYC-based standup comic, actor, and writer. She wrote on and starred in COMMAND Z from Steven Soderbergh. She’s been seen on Comedy Central: Featuring set debuted in 2022, and was a writer for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Originally from Minnesota, she produces Minneapolis’ 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival, balances annoyance with delight, and draws from her experience of having a huge birthmark on her cheek (but she doesn’t talk about it too much. Or, just enough? Whatever’s correct).
ANDY DUONG:Andy Duong has been performing stand up in the Twin Cities since 2021. He is a comedian at Acme Comedy Company and has performed at venues all around Minnesota (Comedy Corner Underground, Sisyphus Brewing, Goonies Comedy Club), as well as other parts of the Midwest and West Coast. Andy was the winner of the “Funniest Person in the Twin Cities Contest” in 2022 and was named as a ‘Twin Cities Comic to Watch” in 2024 by Racket Magazine.

We are currently discussing fund-raising ideas for this historic, original approach to reducing homelessness among men that is caused by landlord discrimination. We are first in history to use a housing co-operative - team approach! No one wants to disappoint the team, and your team is the entire co-operative membership, striving to keep you free of the chaos of alcohol and drugs 24/7.
We need only $1million to get into our building - a very small amount for a concept this powerful. But we need views other than the Board's and of those men who have already passed our one-of-a-kind background check - WE NEED YOUR VIEWS.
Bring your kids, custodial dads! There is space for up to 9 minor children in our building. You always have kid care! You are all safe from vindictive ex's and social workers stealing your kids, in our co-operative. MEMBERS OWN AN EQUAL SHARE OF THE CO-OPERATIVE SO ARE AN EQUAL PART OF "THE LANDLORD". No lease and the cost of your monthly maintenance share is less than rent - "forever" so long as you stick to the contract everyone makes. What a deal!
We look forward to SEE YOU THERE!
