"This Messy Magnificent Life" ~ Exhibit: "Race: Are We So Different"

Wednesday, January 9 – As you begin to plan your New Year, we visit with bestselling author Geneen Roth. She’s the author of This Messy Magnificent Life:  A Field Guide to Mind, Body, and Soul. It’s a sometimes counterintuitive look at self-criticism, and Roth provides a new way to view our lives. ~~~ Mark Trahant shares some thoughts on the growing number of women in elective office. ~~~ “RACE: Are We So Different?” is a travelling exhibit from the Science Museum of Minnesota now showing at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead.  The exhibit looks at race from three different perspectives – biology, history, and contemporary lived experience, telling a compelling story of science. Ashley Thornberg interviews Davin Wait, communication coordinator with the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County.
