We begin with an explanation of the case in an interview from Takeaway as host Tanzina Vega visits with Jessica McBride, managing editor at Mvskoke Media. We follow that with further analysis from UND’s Kathryn Rand and Steven Light, who have been following the case. Kathryn is dean of the UND law school, and Steven is the dean of the College of Business and Public Administration. They are also co-directors of the Institute for the Study of Tribal Gaming Law & Policy.
