USDA Partners with North Dakota Tribal Colleges

A partnership between USDA Rural Development and North Dakota’s five tribal colleges has led to USDA investing nearly 800-thousand dollars in grants to improve infrastructure. Prairie Public's Danielle Webster has the story.
