Remembering Bill Guy

Mourners gathered in Fargo to honor the memory of former Governor Bill Guy, who was elected four times and served from 1961 to 1973.  Guy's federal projects during his tenure as Governor included the interstate highway system, 350 Minuteman missiles, the anti-ballistic missiles site, and Garrison Diversion.  Congressman Kevin Cramer, Senator John Hoeven and current Governor Jack Dalrymple were among those who came to pay their respects, and former Senators Byron Dorgan and Kent Conrad shared remarks.  Prairie Public's Danielle Webster prepared this report.
