455 cases of COVID-19 found

The state health department has confirmed 455 cases of COVID-19, as active cases approach 3,000.

According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 455 individuals from 39 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 119,383.

These results were from a pool of 8,599 tests for a daily positive rate of 5.56 percent.

221 of those positives were PCR tests, and 234 were antigen tests.

The cases broken down by county are:

2,249,646 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 474,404 unique individuals have been tested.

100 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.

Since yesterday 364 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 114,848. This leaves 2,971 active confirmed cases.
