As gasoline demand plummeted, about half of America’s ethanol plants shuttered. Most have reopened. But as Harvest Public Media’s Christina Stella reports, some are questioning if America needs to make as much ethanol as it once did. ~~~ Dr. Avish Nagpal is an infectious disease specialist at Sanford.
