October 26th at NDSU's Memorial Union incumbent Senator Heidi Heitkamp and challenger Representative Kevin Cramer debated health care, social security and much more. Prairie Public's News Director Dave Thomposn was the moderator. His questions were well crafted, but he moderated with a light hand, and the candidates had a chance to spar fairly freely.
