1 new death; 107 new coronavirus cases in ND

A woman in her 70s from Williams County has passed away with COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 93. She had underlying health conditions.

Additionally, 107 new individuals from 14 counties have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, bringing the statewide positive total to 5,126. These results were from a pool of 5,702 tests for a daily positive rate of 1.9 percent.

Cass and Grand Forks Counties each had 24 new cases. There were 22 new cases in Williams County, and 17 in Burleigh County. Ward County had eight new cases. Morton County had three, and Walsh had two. Emmons, McIntosh, Mountrail, Richland, Stark, Stutsman, and Trail Counties each had one new case apiece.

A total of 262,924 tests have been administered for COVID-19 in North Dakota. 135,978 of those tests have been on unique individuals.

There are currently 47 people hospitalized. There have been 305 total hospitalizations.

4,219 individuals have recovered from COVID-19. This leaves 814 active confirmed cases in the state.
