265 new coronavirus cases, 3 new deaths

North Dakota’s COVID-19 death toll is now 148, with three more individuals passing away with the disease.

The patients were a woman in her 90s from Williams County, a man in his 70s from Morton County and a woman in her 80s from Burleigh County. They each had underlying health conditions.

Additionally, 265 new individuals from 30 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 12,267. These results are from a pool of 5,786 tests for a daily positive rate of 4.58 percent.

62 new cases were found in Burleigh County, 50 in Cass County, 35 in Williams County, and 23 in Morton County. 18 new cases were found in Grand Forks County, and twelve new cases were found in Ward County. Steele and Stutsman Counties each had eight new cases. Six new cases were found in Both Benson and Rolette Counties. Barnes and McHenry County both had three new cases. Dickey, Dunn, Eddy, Foster, Hettinger, McKenzie, McLean, Mercer, Pembina, Pierce, Richland, Steele and Walsh Counties each had two new cases. Ransom, Sargent, Sioux, Traill and Wells Counties each had one new case apiece.

To date, 479,486 tests have been administered for COVID-19. 204,097 unique individuals have been tested.

There are 66 people currently hospitalized.

There have been 9,834 recoveries. This leaves 2,285 active confirmed cases.
