416 new coronavirus cases; three deaths

Three more North Dakotans have passed away with the novel coronavirus, bringing the statewide death toll to 274.

 

The patients were:

 

  • Man in his 60s from Morton County with underlying health conditions. 
  • Woman in her 90s from Stark County with underlying health conditions.
  • Man in his 60s from Williams County with underlying health conditions.

 
Additionally, 416 new individuals from 42 counties have tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 23,550.

 

These results were from a pool of 6,312 tests for a daily positive rate of 6.88 percent.

 

The cases broken down by county are:

  • Burleigh County - 52

662,284 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 247,592 unique individuals have been tested. 

 

100 people are currently hospitalized with COVID-19. There have been 925 hospitalizations total.

 

There have been 19,497 recoveries. This leaves 3,779 active confirmed cases.
