47 new COVID-19 infections in ND

47 new individuals have tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the statewide positive total to 3,539.

The results were from a pool of 3,336 tests for a daily positive rate of 1.4 percent.

26 new cases were found in Cass County, and nine were found in Burleigh County. Morton and Sioux Counties each had three new cases, Grand Forks and Mountrail County each had two new cases, and Oliver and Ward Counties each one new case apiece.

A total of 180,588 tests have been completed, with 105,691 tests being done on unique individuals.

25 individuals are currently hospitalized. There have been a total of 227 hospitalizations.

There have been 3,163 recoveries and 79 deaths. This leaves 297 active confirmed cases.
