High comedy reigns in Rossini’s most famous work. Count Almaviva has fallen for the pretty Rosina but he wants to make sure she’s attracted to him, not his title. He disguises himself as a poor student and serenades her. Will this disguise and deception be enough to win the day for romance?

We are excited to be bringing Benjamin Taylor to our stage for the first time along with two of FM Opera’s favorite artists, Hilary Ginther and Joshua Kohl, for a truly special performance. Set designer Ann Gumpper (creator of last fall’s Hansel and Gretel) brings a traditional, yet colorful look to this show & director Eric Gibson always brings a whole lot of fun to the stage when he’s with us! We can’t wait for Figaro to bring the young lovers together to outwit Dr. Bartolo. Let the games begin!
