Casper Journalism Project ~ Women's Health Care ~ Sue Balcom

Thursday, October 10, 2019 – Citizens skeptical of the news recently participated in a series of five sessions in Casper, Wyoming, aimed at understanding the root of their distrust and identifying information that might be useful in rebuilding that trust. It was sponsored by the Society of Professional Journalists. Here to tell us what they learned, is Rod Hicks, the veteran journalist tasked with leading the project. But with more women raising livestock and spraying chemicals, some want to see a stronger focus on women’s health care.
