In David Byrne's American Utopia, Voters Vote

It took David Byrne six decades to become a U.S. citizen, and he doesn't take the privileges that come with it for granted. And so, during his recent American Utopia concerts and Broadway run, he set up a table in the lobby to register voters. He also used a spotlight during the show to illustrate that only 20 percent of those eligible usually show up at the polls.
