“The Problem of Democracy" Book ~ Titicut Follies Ballet

Monday, April 22, 2019 – Nancy Isenberg and Andrew Burstein are the authors of “The Problem of Democracy.” The book revisits the concerns of John and John Quincy Adams, who felt that hero worship and blind allegiance posed a danger for democracy. The authors argue that it’s a problem persisting today. ~~~ Titicut Follies – the Ballet, is the stunning product of a partnership between choreographer James Sewell and Academy Award-winning filmmaker Frederick Wiseman. The Ballet is coming to Minnesota State University Moorhead for a performance and four days of related activities.
