A Silver Alert is being issued at the request of Bismarck Police Department. Jeanette Carman of Bismarck, ND is a 56-year-old white female. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 150 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen at her residence, in the 2100 blk of south 12th street in Bismarck, on November 21, at 3:30 p.m. She is not believed to be driving a vehicle.
Additional information: Jeanette is a vulnerable adult that has medical issues. She was last seen wearing leggings with hearts all over them, pink Fila shoes, black long sleeve shirt, black puffy jacket, and a brown small pursue.
