St. Alexius Begins Telephone Surveys

St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck is switching over from paper patient surveys to telephone surveys.

Jacqueline Strinden is Quality Coordinator for St. Alexius Medical Center. She said the survey polls opinions of patients to see what their experiences at the hospital were like. She said all surveys are anonymous.

“It provides a personal touch in terms of connecting with the patient by telephone versus by mail,” Strinden said. “Certainly that information, positive or negative, is taken very seriously in looking how we can better ourselves and improve our process. And more importantly for our patients, to make sure their voices are heard.”

St. Alexius began telephone surveys on July 1st.
