North Dakota’s COVID-19 death toll is now 157, after one more individual has passed away with the disease.

 

The patient was a man in his 60s from Ward County. He had underlying health conditions.

 

Additionally, 239 new individuals from 25 counties have tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 14,110.

 

These results were from a pool of 3,167 tests for a daily positive rate of 7.89 percent.

 

75 new COVID-19 cases found

75 new individuals from 17 counties have tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 13,872.

 

These results were from a pool of 1,431 tests for a daily positive rate of 5.24 percent.

One more North Dakotan has passed away with COVID-19, bringing the new statewide death toll to 156.

 

The patient was a man in his 70s from Sioux County. He had underlying health conditions. 

 

Additionally 299 new individuals from 31 counties have tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 13,631.

 

These results were from a pool of 4,759 tests for a daily positive rate of 6.28 percent.

Five more North Dakotans have passed away with COVID-19, bringing the new statewide death toll to 155.

 

The patients were two men in their 90s from Burleigh County, a man in his 90s from Grand Forks County, a woman in her 80s from Rolette County and a man in his 70s from Ward County. They each had underlying health conditions.

 

Additionally 360 new individuals from 37 counties have tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 13,334.

 

343 new individuals from 29 counties have tested positive for COVID-19 in North Dakota, bringing the new statewide positive total to 12,973. These results are from a pool of 6,713 tests for a daily positive rate of 5.09 percent.

At his weekly coronavirus briefing, Governor Doug Burgum outlined changes to North Dakota's COVID-19 risk level.

Right now, the entire state is in the "green," or "low" risk level. As students have returned to classes in both K-12 schools and colleges, North Dakota's COVID numbers have sharply increased. But Burgum says treating each county equally in regard to risk level doesn't make sense.

The patients were a woman in her 100s from Williams County, and a man in his 60s from Burleigh County. They both had underlying health conditions.

Additionally, 360 new individuals from 33 counties have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, bringing the statewide positive total to 12,629. These results are from a pool of 6,544 tests for a daily positive rate of 5.5 percent.

The patients were a woman in her 90s from Williams County, a man in his 70s from Morton County and a woman in her 80s from Burleigh County. They each had underlying health conditions.

Additionally, 265 new individuals from 30 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 12,267. These results are from a pool of 5,786 tests for a daily positive rate of 4.58 percent.

The patients were a man in his 70s from Morton County, and a woman in her 80s from Burleigh County. They both had underlying health conditions.

Additionally, 191 new individuals from 27 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the state’s new positive total to 12,000. These results are from a pool of 2,493 tests for a daily positive rate of 7.66 percent.
