The  Passage to the Middle Kingdom One-Hour Special tells the stories of the instruments, the music, and the keepers of this oral tradition.

The plight of missing and murdered indigenous women too often goes unnoticed.

Three people came to the studio, and producer Meg Luther Lindholm prompts them to write about their reactions to this topic.  Then they discuss what they've written.  The participants are Chalsey Snyder, Whitney Fear, and Dr. Donald Warne. They all have professional and personal ties to the issue, and are all Native Americans.
