Monday, November 12 – Today we’re dedicating our broadcast to a pervasive, underreported, and severely misunderstood crime; acquaintance rape. That’s when victims know their attacker. It makes up the vast majority of rape cases and is the subject of the book Missoula: Rape and the Justice System in a College Town. Author Jon Krakauer will be reading from the book and taking questions on Wednesday, November 14, at 7 pm at the Knutson Center on Concordia College’s campus. The book is this year’s Book Read selection at Concordia.
