Dr. Victor Romano ~ Open Enrollment

Monday, November 19 – With health care costs alarmingly high, one of the contributing factors often cited is overdoing the number of procedures. That’s the opinion of orthopedist Dr. Victor Romano, who identifies knee replacements in particular.
