Wednesday, November 20, 2019 – Amazon released its list of the best books of 2019 last week. Today we discuss that list with some North Dakota booksellers. Joining us are Val Stadick of Main Street Books in Minot, and Greg and Josie Danz of Zandbroz Variety in Fargo. ~~~ Today is the Transgender Day of Remembrance. We take the occasion to share an excerpt from the Breaking Barriers Oral History project, choosing an interview that sheds some light on the transgender experience as we hear from DD DuShane.
