Denise Lajimodiere + Musicians perform poems from her book, "His Feathers Were Chains"
A group of musicians and composers associated with Concordia College created musical interpretations that are paired with Lajimodiere reciting her poems. Both the music and poems are evocative and stirring. It's all topped off with drummers and a jingle dress dance.
