'Intellectual Property' study to begin

This week, two North Dakota Legislative interim committees will be looking at the issue of “intellectual property” – when it comes to research being done at the state’s universities.

As Prairie Public’s Dave Thompson reports, this issue is complex – and is being hotly debated in and out of higher education nationwide.
