Remembering Prairie Public's Bob Dambach

Bob Dambach, who was the familiar face and voice of Prairie Public as director of television for decades, died on January 21.

Bob joined Prairie Public in 1985, and produced dozens of award-winning documentaries and series throughout his career, most notably nine documentaries about the Germans from Russia in North Dakota. He retired in 2018.

In this conversation on Main Street, Michael Miller of the NDSU Germans from Russia Heritage Collection and television producer Matt Olien discuss Bob's life and legacy at Prairie Public.
