North Dakota lawmakers will likely have a one-day special session in June.
A memo from Legislative Council suggests the session could convene at 8 am June 16th. It would be held to take final action on the budget bill for the Public Employees’ Retirement System. Lawmakers left town without taking final action on the PERS bill, because a House-Senate conference committee could not reach an agreement acceptable to both sides.
