In 2011 the North Dakota legislature passed a law requiring every school district in the state to come up with a plan to reduce bullying.
Stand Up ND is a multimedia project that is exploring what schools and communities are doing to reach that goal. The project consists of radio stories, a website and social media. This series of radio stories starts with a simple question for which there is not a simple answer.. What exactly is bullying?
