Discover how to build unity and resolve conflict with honor both in your personal life and with your team. Attendees will discover: Techniques to help you understand complicated emotions in the midst of conflict. How to handle internal and imaginary conflict in a healthy, proactive way. A simple system to give everyone the time they need to process conflict and diffuse it before it gets worse. Workshop Length: 90-minutes Space is limited to 10 people. An assortment of breakfast pastries and coffee will be catered from a local bakery. However, feel free to bring your own lunch if you have food allergies and cannot eat what is provided.
