Frostival is all about celebrating the “cool” of winter with outdoor events and family-friendly activities across our North of Normal city, Fargo, and its sister cities West Fargo and Moorhead. Each year, Frostival's exciting events for all ages help our community and visitors through the metro's long winter seasons!
