Bismarck, ND – The 2011 Missouri River flood has affected much of the Bismarck-Mandan area - from homeowners to businesses. It's especially affected businesses and non-profits who make their money seasonally. Prairie Public's Dave Thompson looks at how the high water has affected two of those non-profits.
