Bismarck, ND – Since the start of flooding in Minot, through the neighborhood clean-up, volunteers have been making a difference. The Red Cross and Salvation Army have been there - serving hot meals to homeowners and laborers working to clean out houses and other buildings affected by the flood. As Prairie Public's Dave Thompson reports, one person who volunteers for both the Salvation Army and Red Cross says it's a way for her to give back to her community.
