ND COVID-19: 117 new cases confirmed as active cases rise above 600

The state health department has confirmed 117 new cases of COVID-19 in 25 North Dakota counties.

According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 117 new individuals from 25 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 112,050.

These results were from a pool of 3,402 tests for a daily positive rate of 3.59 percent.

62 of those positives were PCR tests, and 55 were antigen tests.

The cases broken down by county are:

2,121,956 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 455,332 unique individuals have been tested.

21 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.

Since yesterday 50 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 109,885. This leaves 624 active confirmed cases.
