Minot's Prairie Sky Breads

Good bread is great comfort food. We could all use a little comfort now and then, especially during a pandemic. Prairie Sky Breads opened its doors earlier this year in Minot, only to close them almost immediately following COVID-19 protocols.

Ashley Thornberg visits with co-owner Jazmine Schultz about how they're coping—and still serving Minot—during the pandemic.
