Tune in to hear A Conversation with Author Dr. Anton Treuer
Dr. Anton Treuer and United Tribes Technical College president Dr. Russ McDonald have a wide ranging discussion, starting with a traditional story told by the Ojibwe about a reconciliation with the Dakota, moving through how Dr. Treuer came to be working on helping understanding of Indians, including his book "Everything You Wanted to Know About Indian, But Were Afraid to Ask."
That work and his book has led to him being asked to speak in many places. Dr. Treuer is on the faculty at Bemidji State, and Dr. McDonald is President of United Tribes Technical College, but this discussion is far from academic.
