Wednesday, August 22 – Writer Martin Case joins us for a discussion of his new book, “The Relentless Business of Treaties,” which explores how indigenous lands became private property. Taking Minnesota as a case study, he describes how the individuals behind the treaties shaped them to further their own interests. ~~~ The Mountain West News Bureau was launched earlier this year. It’s a partnership of public media stations that serve Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.
