Gardner man wanted by FBI

Fargo, ND – A Gardner, North Dakota man is wanted for questioning by the FBI in connection with the murder investigation of Timothy Wicks of Wisconsin.

Yesterday--Dennis James Gaede was charged with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. Assistant special agent in charge--Ray Morrow--says Gaede is also wanted by Wisconsin authorities.

"Gaede is wanted by law enforcement officials for questioning only in connection with the murder investigation of Timothy Walter Wicks, whose decapitated body was found on January 2, 2002, on the banks of the Menominee River near the Michigan/Wisconsin border. Wicks, who lived in Wisconsin, was last seen alive in Hales Corner, Wisconsin, on December 26, 2001."

Gaede--also known as Timothy Wicks, Grant Lindblom, and Grant Gareau is a white male, 38 years old, between 325 and 375 pounds, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a possible mustache. He wears glasses and has a skull with a music note tattoo on his upper left arm.

The F-B-I says they believe Gaede may be traveling with his wife--Diana Gaede--and her five-year-old son in a 1989 Chevrolet M-T-H Travelmaster motor home with Wisconsin plates A-3-9-5-1.

Gaede last reported to work in Fargo on January 7th and was last seen in a Moorhead music store between January 26th and 28th. Anyone with information on Dennis Gaede should immediately contact the nearest F-B-I office or local
law enforcement agency. Also, anyone who may have seen TImothy Wicks in the days following his disappearance and prior to his body being found between December 26th, 2001 and January 2nd, 2002 should contact law enforcement
agencies.
