Bismarck, ND – The fight over the University of North Dakota's "Fighting Sioux" nickname and logo is in the legislative arena. As Prairie Public's Dave Thompson reports, the North Dakota House has decided that UND should keep the nickname -- despite UND's settlement with the NCAA to drop it.
