18th death, 64 new cases; 867 total positive cases of COVID-19 in ND

A woman in her 80s from Cass County has passed away from complications of COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 18. She had underlying health conditions.

Four counties in North Dakota are reporting new cases of the novel coronavirus. 40 of those new cases are in Cass County, 22 are in Grand Forks County, and one each are in Ransom and Stark Counties. Today's positive total in all is 64 cases. There have been 867 positives overall.

A total of 20,447 tests have been performed in North Dakota. 1,097 were administered yesterday.

To date, 71 people have been hospitalized. 18 are currently hospitalized.

326 people have recovered. There are 523 total active confirmed cases.
