Vaccine demand in ND continues to slow

As of today, just under 44 percent of all North Dakotans are up to date on their vaccinations against COVID-19.

According to the state health department’s COVID-19 vaccine dashboard, 262,394 residents are fully vaccinated. 286,024 residents, or just under 48 percent of the population, has received at least one dose.

Health officials say reaching a 70 percent vaccination rate is essential for herd immunity.

To date, 571,273 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in North Dakota.

There are currently 411 enrolled provider sites approved to administer vaccine statewide.
