AMBER ALERT: Amirae Driver (updated)

Amirae has been located by authorities and is safe.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for a toddler believed to have been abducted from Mandaree, North Dakota.

Amirae Driver is a three year old Native American female. She is three feet tall, weighs 40 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Amirae may be with Myron Cody Johnson, who may be driving a white 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van with North Dakota license plates 983 BBG. The van has front end damage, as well as damage to the rear lift gate.

Johnson is 45 years old and described as a Native American male, 5’11 tall and 172 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact local law enforcement, or the Three Affiliated Tribes Law Enforcement at 701-627-3617.

UPDATE: Amirae has been safely located by law enforcement officials, and the Amber Alert has been canceled.
