The libraries in Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo have chosen a book of statewide interest for their “One Book, One Community” event. It’s “Fractured Land: The Price of Inheriting Oil.” The events will include documentary screenings, a photography exhibit, a genealogy workshop and two author events in October.
