The Deuce of August in Mountain

Street dances, tractor pulls, and fried food are the hallmarks of any good small town festival.

But then there’s a festival in a tiny town that draws some big names.  Main Street’s Ashley Thornberg traveled to Mountain in the northeast corner of the state. It's home to less than 100 people, but can boast hosting multiple foreign dignitaries, including Her Excellency Katrín Jakobsdóttir, Prime Minister of Iceland. In true North Dakota spirit, it does so in the most humble way.
