Retired NFL Coach Warmly Recalls ND Roots- April 3, 2019

Recently retired Baltimore Ravens Special Teams and Assistant Head Coach Jerry Rosburg carved out a career in the NFL as one of the most respected architects of his craft. The art, as well as the athleticism that goes into special teams can change the outcome of a game- Vikings fans can attest to heartbreaking missed game-winning kicks- and the Super Bowl-winning Rosburg will stand among the best special teams coaches in NFL history. The Fairmont, MN native would be the first to credit his successful twelve-year stint with the Ravens to his time as a linebacker for the North Dakota State University Bison and as coach and teacher at Fargo Shanley High School. He reflects on his time in the NFL and as proud part of the Fargo community with transplated Baltimorean and Prairie Public's radio operations manager, Erik Deatherage
