National Pizza Month with Blackbird Woodfire in Fargo

October is National Pizza Month! This week on Prairie Plates, host Rick Gion talks with Casey Absey and head Chef Anthony Grady about Blackbird Woodfire. The downtown Fargo pizza restaurant has brought back its lunch hours on Tuesday-Saturday, in addition to its dinner hours — serving specialty pizzas, chicken wings, tapas, and more. The restaurant also operates a second location at Fargo's Brewhalla.
