Bismarck, ND – A Highway Patrol state trooper from Jamestown is the best in North America - in terms of truck inspectors. As Prairie Public's Dave Thompson reports, trooper John Sova won the 2011 Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance's North American Inspectors Championship.
