East Grand Forks man charged with luring a minor

Charges have been filed in the case of a missing 14-year-old Grand Forks girl who was found unharmed in East Grand Forks last night.

A joint investigation conducted by the Grand Forks Police Department and the East Grand Forks Police Department has resulted in charges against 20-year-old Jeremy Spencer Woolsey.  He has been charged with Luring a Minor by Computer or Electronic Means, which is a Class C felony.  He has also been charged with Controlled Substance Crime in the 3rd Degree, and Sale to Person Under the Age of 18.

Charges were filed in Polk County, MN and Woolsey is being held at the Tri-County Correctional Facility in Crookston.  The investigation into this case is ongoing.
