ND COVID-19: six deaths, 2,695 new cases confirmed
There are currently 10,860 active confirmed cases statewide.
The state health department has confirmed six more deaths related to COVID-19, bringing the statewide death toll to 2,067.
Deaths are reported to the state health department by facilities or by official death record, and can take up to ten days to be confirmed.
According to the state health department’s coronavirus dashboard, 2,695 individuals from 50 counties have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the new statewide positive total to 208,000.
These results were from a pool of 15,550 tests for a daily positive rate of 19.13 percent.
1,173 of those positives were PCR tests, and 1,522 were antigen tests.
3,282,249 total tests have been administered for the novel coronavirus. 591,778 unique individuals have been tested.
166 people are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19.
Since yesterday 1,397 individuals have been confirmed as recovered, bringing the recovered total to 195,073. This leaves 10,860 active confirmed cases.
