The sixth annual North Dakota Human Rights Film and Arts Festival begins today. It features 39 films from 10 countries, plus artist workshops, panel luncheons, and community discussions. Joining us for a preview are organizer Sean Coffman of The Human Family and filmmaker Kevin Shaw.
