New Film Examines Lynching in North Dakota ~ Dakota Folklife ~ Main Street Eats

Thursday, April 15, 2021 - University of Mary professor Dan Bielinski is producing a film based on the last lynching in North Dakota. It’s called “End of the Rope,” and he’s been auditioning actors in preparation of filming. ~~~  Recent wildfires in the state offer a glimpse into one of the biggest fears of early settlers. Today, in  another episode of TellTale: Dakota Folklife and Stories, we hear about the fears of early farmers. ~~~ Sue Balcom is here with Main Street Eats.
